We're getting married, and we'd love to
have you with us.
Daphne and Adam fell in love in the forest. Well, they met in Forest Park. They fell in love in Kew Gardens and grew in love between shoreline Connecticut and Sunnyside Gardens. You are invited because you are a part of their love story.
Our magical evening will kick off at 5:30pm. There are two stone cottages around the perimeter of Hessian Lake. Prepare for an autumn breeze before we warm up by the fire!
Dress fabulously. If you think you’re “too much” we encourage you to be more. If you wear a Venetian mask you will be made an honorary Italian (like Daphne). We would like you to come as yourself, otherwise!
At 6pm, we’ll gather on the ground level of Bear Mountain Inn for cocktails, snacks and acoustic tunes. The shuttle will be waiting at the cottages to whisk you straight over, or it’s a short walk if you’d rather stretch your legs. Greet the newlyweds in their final boss forms (Bride and Groom).
We’ll head upstairs at 7pm for dinner, cake, dancing and sacred time together! If you’re a late-night party person, we have plans to continue the fun just around the corner from the reception hall until 1:30am.

The Bear Mountain Inn is nestled within Bear Mountain State Park just south of the Bear Mountain Bridge in Rockland County, New York.

A complimentary shuttle will run between the Holiday Inn Express in Fort Montgomery and the venue. Starting at 5pm, it carries guests from the hotel to the stone cottage ceremony, stopping at Bear Mountain Inn along the way to pick up anyone staying on site. After the ceremony, it brings everyone from the cottages back to the Inn for cocktail hour.
When the reception wraps up at 11pm, return shuttles to the hotel begin. See the Hotel tab for the full schedule.
Guests staying on site at Bear Mountain Inn won't be charged for parking at any time.
And if you'd rather not drive after the celebration, you're welcome to leave your car overnight — there's no penalty for picking it up the next day.
This region of Bear Mountain State Park offers a variety of fun activities ranging from a vintage merry-go-round to a trailside zoo featuring rescued & rehabilitated wild animals and local geology.

We've arranged a complimentary shuttle between this hotel and the venue, running before the ceremony and again after the reception. It's the only hotel the shuttle serves, so if you're planning to spend the night, we strongly recommend booking here. There is no specific wedding block, so book your room as soon as you can — availability may run out!

Please be in the hotel lobby a few minutes before 5pm to catch the first shuttle.
On its way to the ceremony, the shuttle also stops at Bear Mountain Inn to pick up guests staying on site whenever there are open seats.
